Carlton le Willows Academy students and staff are set to benefit from a £13 million expansion. The new South block will link East and West buildings, providing a brand new performance space, state of the art dining hall and purpose built classrooms and administration offices.

Funded by Nottinghamshire County Council and being built by Clegg Construction, the building will also feature a new vehicular drive off Burton Road with car parking space for visitors and a turning circle so students can be dropped off and collected safely.

The aim is for the expansion to be ready for a new larger intake of Year 7 students in September 2023 – providing much needed school places for local families looking for quality education for their children.
