Issues with My Child at School app
Some parents have experienced difficulties with the school App. Following an investigation by ourselves and the App developer no formal issue has been identified.
As a result if you are still experiencing technical difficulties please uninstall and reinstall the App. This has solved the issue in our tests.
If this still does not solve the problem, please email email@example.com with a screenshot of the issue, along with the make and model of your phone.
Also remember that you can log in to your portal at www.mychildatschool.com
