National Award for Excellence
Carlton le Willows has once again been accredited with the prestigious Customer Service Excellence Award in recognition of the Academy’s exceptional customer service.
Previously the Charter Mark, the CSE award recognises organisations that put the customer at the heart of what they do – and is an accreditation that the Academy has now held for 20 years!
Still one of only a handful of schools in the East Midlands to hold this prestigious award, the Academy is evaluated and judged on how well it communicates with parents, students, staff and how welcoming it is for visitors.
Throughout a year-long evaluation process, mystery shoppers were used to ‘spot check’ the Academy’s welcome and surveys taken over a year-long period analysed for satisfaction rates.
A range of staff, students, parents and governors were also interviewed during a day long assessment process in June.
