Do you have a passion for improving life opportunities for young people? We are looking for a skilled individual who is keen and able to motivate and inspire disengaged young people. Working as part of the Academy’s Learning Support Team you will work with a core group of students to prepare learning pathways to meet individual needs.
This unique position for an Outreach Mentor would see the successful candidate offering students a level of support outside of the school site. We welcome applications from candidates who have the skills and experience to support students at GCSE level.
Training and support will be provided. Applicants should be enthusiastic, able to work independently as well as part of a team.
