Lettings Manager

For start as soon as possible

Full time - 37 hours per week (Hours to be determined but will be 7.5 hours per day plus 30 minutes for lunch, Monday to Friday between 11am and 10pm). The lettings programme is a seven day operation so flexibility will be required and some weekend working may be necessary.

Scale G6 - £25,419 - £27, 514

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a keen interest in delivering excellent customer service and bringing sport to the community. The successful applicant will have outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, organisational skills and have an entrepreneurial vision to market and grow the community lettings programme.

Working with the Greater Nottingham  Education Trust lettings team, based at our state-of-the-art football facility at Carlton le Willows Academy, duties will include directing all external facility hire operations, promoting the facility hire programme, line managing a team of letting attendants and ensuring the facilities are safe and maintained in good working condition. Experience in a manager role within the leisure industry and/or working in schools would be advantageous.

Applicants should be enthusiastic, have good time management skills, excellent customer service skills, the ability to use initiative, work under pressure and be an effective team leader.
