Anxiety Support

School closure, social distancing or self-isolation can mean a sudden loss of routine and social networks which are crucial to young peoples’ mental health.  This may mean many pupils are left feeling particularly worried, anxious and fearful.  There are many useful online support resources where they can find information, seek reassurance and access online counselling support or chat.
